CANCELLATION

The guest can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours prior to arrival.
The guest will be charged the first night if they cancel in the 48 hours before arrival.

Where Government guidelines force the full or partial closure of our hotel or if the Government guidelines advise that people in your area cannot travel or stay overnight then any bookings and deposits will become fully transferable/refundable.

NON REFUNDABLE/ADVANCED BOOKINGS

Check-in from            3.00 p.m.           [Please contact us if your arrival time will be after 11.00 pm]

Check-out before      10.30 a.m.

PAYMENT/CREDIT CARDS

Guests are requested to pre-authorise credit cards on arrival to the value of the first nights stay.  DEBIT / VISA cards are required to pay on arrival. For guests who wish to pay cash payment is required upon arrival.

The Palm Court Hotel accepts the following methods of payment – VISA, MASTERCARD, MAESTRO, SOLO, AMERICAN EXPRESS,  SWITCH, or CASH.

The Palm Court Hotel reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.

The Palm Court Hotel reserves the right, on occasion,  to charge the first night tariff.

INTERNET

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

CHILDREN & EXTRA BED POLICY

All children are welcome.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the bedrooms.
There is no capacity for extra people in the bedrooms.

PARKING

All guests staying at the Palm Court Hotel will receive guaranteed FREE parking within their reservation .

Car Parking is available from noon on the day of arrival until noon on the day of departure.

ACCESSIBILITY

The Palm Court Hotel is situated in the centre of Scarborough. We do not have full facilities for those with mobility issues. Due to the age of the building some guests may experience difficulty navigating the stairways to the Restaurant and Lounge. There are 5 steps down into the Restaurant and also to the Lounge which the lift does not access. The passenger lift is from the ground floor to all bedrooms. Our property may not be suitable for guests who have walking difficulties. Please contact us for more information.

STAG AND HEN PARTIES

We regret we do not take stag or hen parties.

PETS

Pets are not allowed.

CHRISTMAS BOOKINGS

A deposit of £ 75.00 per person will be required to secure your reservation. In the event that the booking is not confirmed then the booking will be released.  Full payment for both the Christmas and New Year package are required by 9th December 2020.

The Hotel reserves the right to amend any of the content of either Christmas or New Year programme without giving prior notice to the guest. Additional nights are available. Extras such as drinks, wines and additional items etc. should be settled on departure.
